This Mediterranean-inspired dual occupancy residence on the north coast of NSW was designed as an elevated coastal retreat that truly feels like home. We wanted to create a space that balances tranquility with everyday liveability, where each day can feel like a getaway.

The landscaping was carefully curated, drawing on tropical Mediterranean and rainforest botanicals to frame the home and create a sense of privacy and calm. We worked with a material palette of blonde brick, stacked stone, and breeze blocks to give texture, depth, and a refined coastal character.
